The City of Burnsville is updating the Heart of the City (HOC) Design Framework, originally established in 1999. Learn why the plan is being being updated and familiarize yourself with previous efforts.
The Design Framework Update will provide a set of recommendations,
policies, guidelines and strategies for implementing public improvements
in the Heart of the City.
